Why Am I Obsessed With Blue?
Blue as it can be, and reminds me of the ocean, so familiar yet not safe. I will jump without a full description of what I am walking into. No hugs, no smiles, just no eye contact. That is what we have ended up with.
Some might see me falling for what is unavailable. My toxic trait, or just safer when I know I could never be in your arms and feel safe.
My upset is not fighting back; my upset is silence and just losing interest. So when I care, I let you know, and you thought I might have lost my mind.
Nothing really makes sense when I look back at the fond memories of me falling flat on my face. Every scenario in my beautiful brain is so ridiculous and hilarious to the point that I cry each time I see myself turning into an absolute puddle for a human with a broken heart.
I might not hate any of it, but I loved none of it.
I will give this one more chance. Will you do the same? Now that is a million-dollar question. I am too scared to know the answer, too.
Now I am too scared to see the same blue staring back at me like it knows me.
I hope, if this does not work, that we can be strangers who never met, so that anything that happened never happened.
You are the blue I want to do right.
