Why Most Relationships Fade?
Mutual respect goes a long way in maintaining any relationship. Putting people on a pedestal is different from mutual respect. And here is why: we forget to see a person for who they are if we put them on a pedestal, just because of the way they look.
Whereas mutual respect is built over time. That is why I love when friends turn into lovers. Because they have built mutual respect as friends, and the intimate relationship happens naturally over time.
It sounds like the best scenario.
