The blue has faded, and I am out of your caring haze. I can finally see my refusal to accept that this has ended.
My second chance at the same dream has left this ship. Now, I’ve landed at a new haven where I get to have my pick out of the millions lined up.
This limerence can rest now, and so I breathe easy—knowing I have a few more chapters to touch before I reach the place where I can have a say in how we get treated.
